I plan to do the 1st one in a few months.
If someone has done such a thing, or do it before me,
advises are welcomed :)

Subject: Good luck ! maybe this is a better idea ?

Hi Yaco !

I think the waveidea looks very sofisticated and useful, but you may be in for a few surprises if you are not familiar with a soldering iron.

Personally, I'm waiting for the Doepfer Pocket-dial (not a kit), which have 16 endless dials which work relative to the position of the parameter.
This means that the value will be adjusted without any big and sudden jumps, even if you are touching the dial for the first time since starting up the PC.

Check out http://www.doepfer.de/home_e.htm and press the pocket dial in the upper left corner.

Good luck !

Subject: not so simple!

i viewed the site, and i was very happy! i thought that with 100$ i could build a full controller, but things are not so easy...
the chipset has to be programmed with a special chip programmer that is expansive... i don't know much more.. you have to contact the site's owner to get more information...

Subject: yeah, it's the classical "pic" programming problem

generally, électronics parts shops have one of those programmers... it's the same thing if you want to modify a Game Console like psx... In other ways, I have never done numerical circuits. Only analogic for now (fx boxes, tube amps (Mesa Boogie MkIII & Stu22 ! :)
