Hi
I am having problems playing back CDs in soundforge. I can extract audio from CDs but not listen to tracks before extraction. I can listen the tracks once extracted and to CDs in Windows XP and in Cubase SX. Any ideas please?

That's because there's no cable between you CD Rom player and your CreamWare card. I use my onboard soundcard for playing CDs.

Yeah.... You're right.... I remember it used to work, but I think I had a soundblaster card in at the same time.

I have just made a lead from the output of my CD/DVD drive and connected it to the 'tape in' on my mixer and it works just dandy.
