"Samplitude and Sequoia
October 2nd 2002

Since September 5, 2002, we no longer offer neither Samplitude nor Sequoia, because we had no choice but to give notice of termination of the agreement with Magix AG regarding the distribution of these products for cause with immediate effect."

what is that supposed to mean? a beautiful example of corporate legal-ese trying to make it seem like they did something of necessity, and then can't quite say why . . .

Too bad there's no upgrade for people who bought the Emagic Unitor. I hope Apple goes bankrupt!
