I´m currently adding a Luna2 to my pulsar1 and a didn´t receive a s/tdm cable to connect the two cards together. I got myself the right connectors and a flatcable. So I ask: is the cable a straight through cable with all 20 wires connected? Is there anything else´I need to know?

Do a search on "S/TDM cable" as from memory there is a few posts here related to making your own cables.

You should get them for free at your local dealer too, Keymusic charges 1.50€ for them.
If you're in the middle of nowhere or handy with these things, you can make your own indeed.

The cables are very simple, straight-thru design. If you have the right parts you should be able to make them yourself. Ribbon cable can be a pain though. You sometimes need a vise or something to apply pressure evenly across the entire width of the cable when forcing it onto the insulation dispersement style connectors.

Thanks for the advice. I´ve already made my own cable and it´s working fine so far. The connectord I bought are rather crappy though so the lock broke on the sides on both of the units but they are holding place for the moment. I´ll probable glue them stuck or something, the locks that is.

If I were you I wouldn't use not properly working cables. The parts are too delicate . If you could afford Luna card then you should also be able to buy a better cable. As they say - poor people cannot afford cheap goods. The rule works everyday and every time. And don't forget about the Murphy's law, too.
