Hello everybody

After having installed the drivers to Pulsar II with success, I run the setup.exe and the following message:

Hardware version 30 detected. This hardware requires a software update. Please consult the installation guide.

and after that one comes another:

Cannot start Creamware Installer (error code 0004).

Hmmm....I'm getting a gray haired about this, so if anyone know what that's about, I would be very glad to be helped.

If you hadn´t already read the manuals and the installation instructions, do it, there are some details to have in mind.

You have to install first at all the adaptec ASPI drivers, and I think that is not the best thing to upgrade the software versions (I don´t know if thats your case).

If after all that, you continue with the same problems, ask again here, but that should be the solution.

Thanks man, all I had to do was to disable PNP OS in the bios, and going to run without ACPI too.
