Just curious, but what's wrong with 3.1a? I can load my 30 DSPs to the max without any problems, its sooo smooth

Ingos' comment was that they ran out of the old version SFP CD's and so they started shipping new product with 3.1b version CD's. So, if you read between the lines, the only way you would get 3.1b is to buy a new board. But why worry about it when another update 3.1c(?) will be available shortly on the CW website for everyone to download at 6kbps

btw: I'm just curious - how long does it take to load up 30 DSP's? It takes me 15 or 20 seconds to load around 6 DSP's and that's with a pretty fast PC.

About 1-2 minutes... it takes at least 30 seconds for my Waldorf Q (3 DSPs) to powerup...
