I recently re-installed WinXP with Pulsar II 3.01 software after a major crash.

So I followed all the installation procedures to setup a system exclusively for audioprocessing and finally installing and setting up the pulsar board in XTCMode (I always used to work that way before). When I installed everything and wanted to start up cubase (5.1R1) it gave me an error message saying "no active audio port found" and "not enough memory to run the audio engine".

When I check the device manager everything seems to be working ok but when I take a closer look at the Pulsar II card I see that "the device is turned on but does not work correctly. WHen I check settings it says that it cannot find the device driver for the Creamware Scope.

This is odd since I installed the Win2K driver from version 3.01 and this has always worked well before.

Should I install it manually in the .Inf or any other folder? Or are there any other drvier files missing?

ALso before the big crash I could see a device called MS GS-wavetable syntheziser in the device managers audio devices and I do not see that anymore...

Oh another thing is that when I setup Pulsar not to work in XTC mode I can start up Cubase without any problems...

Anyone have any ideas?
