And the last one from my archives for today:

This could be done with the modular in pulsar 1.x. It may not work
anymore in software version 2.x and/or modular2. The key factor is
that the midi controler module can work in two directions. This is
somewhat comparible to using a regular loudspeaker as a microphone.
Reasonable heavy signal smoothening will be needed, and it would not
be suitable for response-critical tasks, but midi LFOs, envelopes,
inversion, CC redirection etc. is/was definitively possible!

Can anyone confirm that this still works with Mod2+2.04? If so, this is sweet!
Modular controlling other device via MIDI
Unfortunatly, this do not properly work...
Signal smoothening? how do you do that?
Because the "sampling frequency" of the controler module is not high enough.
I explain: the midi out signal comming from an enveloppe with very slow attack shows steps only, no line, no curves, just big steps...
This is unsuitable for any controling!!!!
There is no dedicated module to convert control signal into midi signal???

Yes, a midi smoother could be better but it would introduce a delay by the time it takes to get the next value and to interpolate to it...
Better but not perfect. Arggg... I can believe Creamware didn't think about using the modular like that: a midi tool box. Would be so good to me!
Hey developpers! what about spending a few hours doing such a converter module for mod2. I promise I buy one, 10 if you want!!!
