From Nemesys hardware compatability guide:

There are reports that the creamware drivers that implement GSIF are have extremely high latencies. These latencies are approximately 35msec. Most GSIF implementations are in 7-14msec range.

This has not yet been verified by NemeSys and this may not be the case for all Creamware audio cards.


Can anyone verify this?

Reports on the Pulsar-scope list are that they are around the standard 13ms. Can't you adjust the latency with the ULLI settings, down to 13ms with mk1 boards?
