Again, I have the same problem. After I finally found the allkey.sfk file and downloaded it, I found that this file only contains the LUNA 2.x key. With the version 3.01 I got the exactly same problem, and they informed the key via e-mail, but this key is not in my activation keys page. Nor is the SFP key. Is there something that I need to do so the keys will show up? I registered my LUNA since the day that I got it. Do I have to register anything else? This is not fair. Or I´m doing something wrong (I don´t think so...) or the creamware key stuff is not functioning for me.
What can I do, if I have to work tonight and creamware staff don´t even answer my mails?

Did you ever try:
My page -> activation keys?
You do not have to do it the allkeys way.
I did a whole lot of copy and paste instead.
I have a file on my PC with all the keys and what "package" they represent. When I then install, I just go thru the file c/p every package, and when there is no more to take, I am done. MAybe do it like a scope installation, this way you get the option to install every package made by CW. It realy does not take that long this way.

Yes, I tried "my page" -> activation keys.
That´s what is there:
HWSNO Module Activation Key
xxxxxxxxx(LUNA) Luna Software xxxxxxxxxxxx
Thats all.
In the SFP 3.1a instalation, they ask various keys.
Scope Fusion Plataform key
Main studio package key
Modular2 key
LUNA key
LUNA3 key.
I entered this activation key (the only one that is on "my page") as LUNA key. Then, I entered the activation key that they have provided for my 3.01 software by e-mail on the LUNA3 key. Note that the second one is not even on "my page". It seems that they are playing with my face, because there is no more keys on the site for me. So, one more time, like have happened when I was trying to install the version 3.01, I wasted days of discussion to obtain my key by email. And that key (3.01), to, is not on "my page" yet. This proves how tottaly unorganized is the method of activation provided by Creamware. How could they provide my activation key for 3.01 by e-mail, after almost a fight and didn´t updated "my page" with that key? I´m revolted because all of you have your keys, but not me... I tried the Hotline, calling from Brazil to Germany and they are on VACATION until august. F###$!"$!#%. I cannot believe it. When I finally succeed installing SFP, there will be a new version of it already. Sometimes I think if this is because I´m on the "third" world. It´s a lack of respect.

well, I'm pretty sure it's not because you're from Brazil. I'm really wondering why you're having such a hard time getting your keys.. Maybe it's because they're in vacation? Not sure, because it was a breeze for me and that was quite a while back. I wished I could help you just that I'm not too familiar with how the luna registration works. All I can do is wish you good luck. (let's not get sour about this yeah?

You have put up many threads now (easyer with information in only one place, when it is realy the same problem). I can not remember, if your Luna is new or second hand. If it is second hand, and it is from before the version 3 software release, then I am afraid there are no more keys for you (unless you buy some).

I bought Luna in october 2001 from the authorized dealer in Brazil (Interwave). My package came with the version 2.5 CD ROM, but they said that I could ask my dealer for the 3.01 version because I have bought LUNA after the release of the this version. So that´s what I did, and they provided me with the 3.01 version (after 45 days waiting), that I have right! After that, I got some trouble to obtain my key for this version, but after a lot of complaining, they finaly informed my key via e-mail. I got the key and installed 3.01 software, but they never updated "my page" with this key. I think that If I have right for the 3.01 version, I have the same right to update for 3.1a version. But this keys are not on "my page", and this is a lack of organization, because the one that informed the 3.01 key to me should have updated this in the site too, so I think that I would have received the 3.1a key automaticaly. So, thats their fault.
I installed the 3.01 version and I´m working with this, having no problems but one : the lack of the GSIF drivers. All right... I´ll have to wait for their vacations to end, so I may get back to work to. But I think I´ll will stop complaining about it, because I´ve lost enought neurons with my angry, that is not good for anyone, and, all and all, people make mistakes...

From the creamware site:
"
Systems with version 3.x software
You are already owner of Luna, PowerSampler, Elektra, Pulsar XTC, Pulsar or PowerPulsar with version 3 software? Then you can update free of charge to the SCOPE Fusion Platform software 3.1. You'll find the software here for download or obtain it on CD-ROM from your local CreamWare dealer.
Pulsar users who have not bought the Pulsar ProPack will not get the following plug-ins: Mixer Package I, Effects Package II, Modular V2 and STS-3000.

I hope you will still get some work done with 3.01

It shure looks as if they made a bummer at CW, but one advice:
When in August you ask them for help do it kindly - I know this may be difficult, but chances are, it will speed up the process. When they get back, they will have tons and then yet tons of emails (and with harddisk space these days tons are realy a lot

). There will probably be 30.000 bitchers, and 2.000 who talk nicely. With such a huge workload, which ones do you think get processed first?
a) the "you mother****ers blablabla."
or
b) "Hey, can you spend a minutte helping me out on this one?"
I believe a will quickly become tiresome and feel like a heavy burden to process, while b will be "ah nice and easy, I get this one done quick, and my mailbox dimminishes"
Also remember, the one, who gets your mail may very well not be the one, who did the fault. A friend of mine's girlfriend worked at the cafe at an airport. Many people would come to her and say stuff like:
"Why the **** is my plain late - what are you guys doing?"
Well, she just served coffie!! I think you get my point

Did you register hardware before?
