Hello,
I've tried to sync a ctrl Seq or a Gat seq with CUBASE. The only way I've found to initialize the module is to trigger it each beginning of measure (sometimes more)with midi notes.
Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried the CLOCK output from the MIDI in module? Then, send Pulsar MIDI Clock from within Cubase. I haven't tried this, but it seems plausible
