Never seen this, but it sounds like an illegal project configuration. Was there something unusual about the routing in this project ? Can you open other projects OK ?

seems like you made a loop in your project.

Unload everything from your project window, save this as startup and default projects in set/settings/projects, then fire it up & see.
Just a thought.

What was the last project you successfully opened ?
What did you do immediately before this problem ?

So can you use your system at all ? Can you boot up OK and make new projects, or is this what you get as soon as you open Pulsar ?
Have you tried to reinstall 3.01 ? You could do this, make a simple project then reinstall 3.1 and see what happens.
Do you have any odd devices used in your projects ? Maybe some device that will not work with 3.1 that is causing them problem ? What exactly is in one of these projects ?
Maybe someone else on 3.1 can send you a simple project file with default modules and you can see whether that will load ? (I haven't upgraded).
