After a long time of different settings i have resolved a big part of my probs.
I have uninstalled, (completly), my sblive.
Pulsar II now is perfect working with SFP3.1a. No more probs with clicks on wave io, no more probs with lost sync in acid, no more probs with XP, (already optimized), also no probs with pulsar II and games. All of my OS, two XP in dual boot one for games and one for audiowork, are working good.
