A few ?s guys.
Can Syncplate be master because I can only see it under slave,in samplerate?
I have 3 Pulsar 1's and 3 SPDIF's coming into them.Someone said,if I had syncplate I could hear them all,and not need to slave to one of them to hear.Is this possible?
Thx!

The wordclock output is always active, in master and slave mode.
If you want to use the Adat sync out connector as master, you need to add a Syncplate Dest. module to your project. (And connect that to a VRC or VDAT or whatever).

To do that, all of your SP-dif devices must be able to slave to wordclock, and I suspect they're not ?
In that case you need a multichannel samplerate converter with wordclock input.
Maybe an RME ADI-8 DD (Nuendo DD-8) or Alesis AI-4.

BTW: The overall sound of my system has been much improved by syncing all devices to the same wordclock source...

I see the convertors are AES standard. Is there a convertor that allows SPDIF to be connected to the wordclock?

Hi me again.
Will this allow me to route all SPDIF's to ADAT or is it only one at a time?

Is there such a thing as 4or8 spdif in to 8 adat out?
Thx!

You just need the right cables to connect SP-dif sources to AES inputs.

And no, you can't use the Midiman. It's a simple router/patchbay, not a multichannel converter.
