Yes they are installed in the right folder but I cannot see them when clicking on the interrogation point in the Fusion Platform browser.

ok here's the manual trick: make sure you put the files in /SFP3.1/manual/english (or the language you selected during install), not just in /SFP3.1/manual, and restart SFP.
