In the STS devices I have....2000 and 3000.....

If you load in Soundfonts or Akai programs....on a LOT of the patches you get "clicks" either at the beginning or the ending of the sound...or both.....

Many times these clicks are impossible to remove...even by adjusting envelope settings...

What gives? Is this a bug? Is there an easy fix for this?

It really is kind of annoying, and a severe limitation on the software itself.

Any thoughts?

By the way...
These clicks are not "Random" or at random times....they are always at the beginning or the end of the sample....so I think they are related to the sample waveform itself......

It is NOT a clocking issue on my system...I have everything clocked to an Apogee Rosetta (which has a VERY stable low jitter clock)

Cheers

Kick back and relax, Kamurah, yes some of us have this, not all I think. It's a 'known issue'. We hope very much that this will be fixed in the coming update.

Everyone save yourself a lot of trouble don't use Windows XP or have a dual boot system if you do. I use 98 Lite sleek and I am very happy with my system, also tweak it.

Ummm......I'm on a Mac.

Is this a known issue to Mac users too?
