hahaha.. mass production! Well, actually if you were to do 45, it would have to be trance or else you're going to DIE! Good trance would be hard to make, but so-so trance is a quick process, all those loops can take up lots of time, and that is GOOD.
Hey, but this is pretty nice, judging from the distance that you've jumped from your main style. You've disguised yourself quite nicely. hehe.

You can imagine the sheer quantity of loops I`ve downloaded from the net by now!

I recognise this is the real thing, but I don't like really like this... I think you are playing a roll there, and this is great as a composer, I wish I could, I have to learn to do that.
What I think after hearing that is that I cannot do "Real Trance" because I don't like it at all. I just want to get a bit more commercial cos I would like to earn some money from music, and with my own music I will probably never earn e single penny

let some big breasted, golden locked girl do some vocals (or at least in the video clip), let them snares roooooll, and faster and faster and BOEM, there you go again with the chorus, at the end the girl sings that life changing sentence over and over again... and you have a song in the public radio charts.
i don't like it! i had to live with it for two years at work (it IS very popular music, i'm just not 'popular'

) but your track is good music if it is intended to be commercial.

Well... I'm going to try something else. But all my ideas are quite like the first. Should I coppy? Perhaps yes, just to get started and then working with some different ideas.

Ha ha, nice joke, funny that you know how techno basically can be made

The format is there. What would we get if you would give it a serious try?
LTBM!

Hmm.... A serious try?.... Is that a challenge? If so, I decline.

Techno is presently way too intricate for me. I have to learn a heck of a lot more about manipulating plug-ins before I can do something that is really up to par with what you're doing, Hubird(or what you did with the DJ).
I have a tendency(perhaps it's a bad one) of doing stylistic studies. This job I'm doing now is such a study. Remember that most producers are tone-deaf and won't really know what it is the composer is doing. It's all about their subjective perception of sound(see kensuguro's Dolphin post). In my case, I was told to write music that sounds like Darude's Sandstorm. I am now into Derb(what can I say?

)
Actually, I AM throwing the idea around of illustrating what I said about Trance in Nestor's thread. So maybe, just MAYbe, you will hear a trance track from me.
Ain't we got FUN?
