If you receive this message when trying to run Pulsar after a recent installation, check in your device manager (Start, Settings, Control Panel, System) and see if there is an unknown PCI Multimedia device there. If so, delete this device and reboot - Windows Plug and Play should now succesfully identify the Pulsar, install the drivers and it should work OK.
