But seriously, if you look at the FAQ page at creamware there is a section for SCOPE FUSION PLATFORM.
I have only just noticed this. This means that it must be pretty soon.
It basically gives a little bit of info, including the fact that elektra will be discontinued.

I noticed some problems with creamware official forum, maybe they're making some change on the site? Let's keep on checking...

*And* they mention they are working on a new version of the modular - hurray.
I guess they know what they have planned but here is hoping for more modulation (check out the nord modular) and more sample based synthesis (granular and the like).

Hi guys !

On 28th March Ingo Raven wrote to 'pulsar-scope' yahoogroup:
<I><FONT COLOR="DDDD22">"Yes, it is great. The Live Bar is a good alternative to the routing window,
but you can still 100% work as you were used to from previous versions.
There are many little goodies like automatic and faster cabling (Shift + N
establish all connections at once now, works also for deleting cables). Also
we managed to improve
stability on heavy projects, and a lot of other things. We are still
fine-tuning some details. <B>I guess the release will at least take another two
weeks, </B>but we prefer to make the best possible version now, so if we think
we need some more time we will take it."</FONT></I>

The shut-down thing must be some tweak, you have made, that went wrong - or your OS installation.
Strange, I actually like the 3,01 a lot. It is much more ergonomic than 2,04 and before.
