when pulsar is active (open or in background) cd-rom and cd writer won't work and is imposible to instal any cd burning program.
when i close pulsar everithing working nice!!

yes, in winXPpro - with win98se no problem!!

sorry about way how i write, but 3 days i don't sleep trying to arm xp.
i have feeling that pulsar do "break" cd-rom's connection on startup and then cd-roms goes crazy.
after i close pulsar project cd-roms wake up again and after that work good no matter what's pulsar in background.
i wondering, if i set some selective startup or if i disable some service(s), maybe solve this?!?
any idea?!
