I´m totally tired for midi-inoperability in Luna 2 with Cubase or Nuendo. Does anyone have a good idea for another recording programs. I mainly use analog instrument tracks with a few midi track.

what isn't working?

midi in works fine on my luna card when i've used it. though i wouldn't want to use the midi i/o on the luna exclusively.

i thought i could do this at one point but held onto my 4x6 midi interface all the same after reading of people having problems like not being able to send or recieve sysex or whatever.

if you are using the midi i/o on the luna to exclusively communicate with external stuffs. try picking up a external or internal midi interface.

i use a motu micro express, works great.

steinberg have their own (expensive) midi interfaces that have some kind of technology which makes midi tighter with their software. emagic and motu have similar technologies with their interfaces and software.

i like motu stuff, but midiman is another solid manufacturer of solid midi interfaces.

well, luna´s midi in works ok cos´the stand alone softsynths are rollin´n´rocking. At cubase the program chrashes after sending midi into it. Nuendo does not fall, but the vst instruments never catch my midi commands.
