Okay, first of all thank you so much for taking your time reading...

I just build my new system, runs fine at my gf's place and the computer store, but will kept on rebooting itself at my house.

So that lead me to suspect the power source (which indeed was the problem!!!)

I brought a new UPS system for it but that doesn't work either...

right now I can get the system running from a seperate outlet from two 19" monitors, a pair of studio monitors, 2 turntables, one mixer and one keyboard.

I could run the system when I unplug the CD-ROM and second hard-drive before I switch the outlet, but everytime when the system try to access the CD-ROM (i.e. spin the motor) the PC reboot by itself.

So, after all, my question is, what can I do about it? Is there anything that can boost up the power that I get from the wall outlet.

I use a very long extention power cord and my PC (the system alone) is running on a different circut (I think!)

if I get you right your complete system is running if plugged in anywhere but your studio. You have a (obviously very ) very long powercord extension, which causes a loss of usable power. A bigger size cable could compensate for this in a way, try to use one for high power machine connection. But be very careful, if you're not experienced with powersources, better have an electrician check it if you're not completely shure.

he is right about a thicker extension cord. they cause a voltage drop. some UPS will try to compensate for voltage drop but not cheap ones.

also your voltage could be lower in your whole house compared to GF depending on many things. (age of house, local transformer distance from substation etc etc)

can you try a different PC power supply?
