hi, i'm looking for a device or a sampel that makes
a scraching efect - meening a d.j.s' scraching sound
(when he turn the record play,beasty boys use it all the time and so many others...).
also i'm lookin for an insert/compressor/a way to make an
effect on a voice that will let him sound like
talking from a phone.

You can use EQ to make a vocal sound like it's coming out of a telephone - use a shelf to decrease everything below about 200 hz and then play around with boosting the higher frequencies until you get the sound you want. It is also useful to run the EQ-ed vocal through some gentle distortion.
