How can I use MSN with Pulsar, cos it doesn?t work! I just want to use the chat rooms, to communicate faster, but I don?t know what I have to do.

I understand Pulsar should work just fine being off. I mean, just as when you use any player, so without open the program. But it doesn?t work. There is a message saying:

Unable to initialise your computer?s audio mixer.

What should I do? Than you guys.

For sure it work perfectly, i'm even able to send my mix or synths thru it!

Leave the micro$oft mixer alone, don't worry about it, you have Pulsar Mixer!

Hi,

There might be some problems, like wrong samplerate adaptions and such. My friend heared me as an earthquake thru his speakers, he sounded like Mickey Mouse
I don't know about current M$N to PulsarWav samplerate adaptions. As you can understand, you don't talk over the web in 44.1kHz 16bit  On Pulsar1, I know there was options for that in Device Manager, Pulsar Properties, Settings, Samplerates stuff.

might be helpfull, might be not.

atomic.

I donno about this, i use WinXP, and me and RedSun, we have made a small jam using fruityloops, sts3000 and couple of synth thru MSN, both of us were in 16 bits, 44.1khz.... Sound was very good, although it is compressed by msn using some algo...

Just make sure you don't create a feedback loop... What i mean is, using PulsarMixer, i plugged wav dest1 to mon out. Then a cracked up the monitor output of ONLY the chanels i wanted to transmit....

Audio an Vidio you say? Can you post an adress about that please?

I've tried all and everything, but there is definetely a problem beyond my knowledge. There is no software telling me what is it.

The only massage is that my mixer doesn't work, and the message comes from the Web, not from Pulsar. I've connected Pulsar with every posible IN to mixer and from mixer to every posible OUT. Nothing...???

Cheers for your help.

Like i said Nestor, you just don't need the windows mixer... Don't try to configure anything... Just accept everything, and it work.... Pulsar is not a Windows Mixer, that's why MSN doesn't find it, but it work, an you can do audio and video in MSN also...
