I can´t get the midi to work in Sibelis 1.4 is there anyone who got a solution?
conect: pulsar midi source to sequncer midi destination and sequncer midi source to some pulsar instrumenet!
now must play with default sibelius seting!
if not you can set all midi parameters in: sibelius/play/flexi-time/equipment
