Hi,

I want to switch my Pulsar 2 to a new PC, and I've been trying in vain to find uninstall program/instructions. Is it as simple as pulling out the card and deleting the Pulsar directory? I would hate to think I'm leaving registry entries or rogue files on my old PC!

Couldn't find anything specific on this database or on the Creamware site, and after reading comments on this site it appears I shouldn't hold my breath for Creamware support

Well, with Pulsar 1 it is clearly in the manual. Start with "settings>control panel>add/remove software" and remove the pulsar software. Then go to the device manager. Where to find that one depend on the Win version. Go to the enrty "sond, video and game controllers", there select the pulsar, chose properties and click remove.

Next check ../windows/inf for "pulsar.inf", ../windows/inf/other for "creamware...inf" and ../windows/system for "scope.dfv" and "vaxed.vxd".

when that is done, check the registry under HK_CU/software and HK_LM/software for entries from creamware.

That should do the trick.
