In your Adaptec BIOS or driver settings.

.....unistalled SCSI PCI controller......Pulsar use IRQ 3 alone; in the Bios setting i can't set latency timer; with Sandra, i can see that PCI latency is on 32 !! I've found the .PCR file to tweak AMD761 board with WPCRED....but i cannot find the rights thing; somebody with the same problem solved (or partially solved ..)? I cannot listen track with Cubase, it give me error !! I can see on other forum that AMD761 + via 686B it's not a good choice !!
Subhuman, i've seen that yours system at the Infinite Vortex use AMD761.....tweaked i think ! Could you explain to me how to manage the latency setting ??
Thanks in advance and sorry for bad english.

AMD761 is still the best, but I haven't yet tested nForce. (SiS745 may be an interesting option at some point too).
What OS are you running?

Shame on me......unistalling ACPI it gives me less PCI error, and know i can work, but every 2 minutes 'PCI master overflow' !!!!
PCI latency 128 (with Tweak Bios)
in Cset.ini maxPcchannels=100
i don't know how to work better....
Any help ...... ?
Thanks in advance.
