and which one would i leave empty when connecting 2 pulsar cards?

no, you don't need them all. connect the ones closest to the outside of the machine first.

yes, already tried earlier this afternoon. working fine, installation of the 2nd card was pure plug+play, nice.
doing some testing now, if all stays good i-ll post my experience with 7950x3d cpu, asus hero board x670e, and the exsys external pci-e to 4x pci enclosure. looking good so far.
