Hi, I bought a second-hand Xite-1, but the seller is having trouble finding the keys (I only had a scope 5 key for plugins).
Is it possible to recover the keys in another way?

Best thing to do is email SC support and see if they can help. And the seller really should find his key file as the Xite is missing an integral part of the system without it unless support can help.

Now I'm waiting to receive the Xite

In the other hand, it's supposed to be a scope 7, but I have a .v5 key

That's just the file extension. The key file is a simple text file that you can open with a text editor like Notepad/Editor to see what keys are in there (don't use word precessing software like MS Word to open it).

And make sure you have a backup of it somewhere safe.
