Allow me to advice you to use this app to keep the health and speed of your SSDs, it is worth it, it uses practically no resources from your system and it does what it is advertised to do in a very efficient way, highly recommended:

Modern versions of Windows have formatted SSD's for proper sector alignment for some time. Early versions of Win7 were questionable, though technically XP is the last OS that didn't attend to this the last I checked (Win7 updated should, as should commercial/enterprise ISO's).

I´m using the free version on my machines w/o problems.
