Cannot load a module in Modular 2 or 3

Goodday,
With pleasure I use the Scope system but I cannot load a module in modular 2 or 3. Also not with Flexor 3.
When I load a empty module and click for instance the OSC tab and load a sine wave, the OSC module should me loaded into the empty module bur doesn't. I removed Scope and did a clean install but still the same problem.
I work with Scope 7.1 32bit on a Windows XP system Should work though ?
