i have the necessity of changing incoming midi events from the input midi pulsar port from, channel X to channel Y, in real time.
is there a device capable of such (strange, i know!) thing?

It's postcardware and I use it to convert notes from a spare keyboard to program changes. Very convenient to ie. browse Pc1600x presets.
