wich is the previous software version to look into to find the modules for modular1 that work with 2.04?
those that i have kept on my HD dont work well, those contained in modular1 patches provided with 2.04 seem slightly different in colour and are more stable. where do they come from?

As far as I can work out from the readme file that comes with the upgrade to 2.04...these files are overwritten by the upgrade itself.. also several of the synths are upgraded to work with version 2.04.
It states in the readme that you have to make sure all your previous modules and plug-ins are installed so that they can be modified by the upgrade to work with 2.04.
If you have problems, is says to install everything again under 2.01, including all your modules and plug-ins and then reinstall 2.04 over the top of it... Hope this helps
