Hi im having trouble running vcv2 with my pulsar2 pci card scope v7 on win 10 . Has anyone experienced same BSOD experience or a fatal sig 22 error?

No problem, I own VCV Rack 2 Pro and have already reported this to S|C. Rack v1 works in standalone just fine, but as you might know there are issues with the v1 audio engine that caused them to move to RtAudio (and RtMidi) for the realtime engine. This seems to be incompatible with Scope in 64bit, just like portaudio has been for several years now.

So if you need 2 (or are a Pro user), your options currently are:

• Run Rack 2 as a plugin inside of a host that works with Scope 64bit (older versions of Bidule work for me, specifically 0.9760 I can confirm working, and Tone2 has a freebie called NanoHost which is current and working)
• Run Rack 2 with an "ASIO Layer" in between. ASIO4All will be a bad idea imho, but there are other options that do 'multiclient asio' and so on.
• Run Rack 2 (and other incompatible applications) on a separate machine and route to Scope via ADAT/Midi etc.

Yes ive managed to run it as a plugin in ableton..im ok for now i will patiently wait for a scope update to solve these issues

Older Bidule has also been my solution for VCV2 Pro so far.

Is Live 11 working with Scope 7 in 64bit, or do you need to do win8 compatibility? I'll create some FAQ entries and want to be sure.

Live 11 and scope 7 x64 works fine!!
