Installation error or invalid activation key problem

suddenly, it appeared this message, after I just physically removed and installed again the pulsar 2 board in my MoBo.
I didn't touch anything in my windows 10 configuration.
Even if I import the keyfiles, the import succeed but the key is not recgnized.
what should I do???
I have also already installed SPF 7 and repaired the installation.
help!

it turned out that in removing the pulsar 2, also the scope went slightly out from the MoBo and was not recognized. since my primary keys (SFP7) are on that board, the system won't start.
when I put in the scope again, everything was fine.
damn!
