Hi.
I have a few Scope cards I’m my PC but am using a Desk via USB drivers...could I use the instruments and effects on the card or is this not possible?

Andy.

you can use them, but not through Windows. analog/sp-dif/ADAT i/o only.

How do you mean not through windows?
I’m using Cubase 11 connected to a Behringer Wing via USB. I have the scope software installed on the same windows computer...but if I can’t use Windows..how could I see what I want to use?

Scope has no USB-input. In windows, you can see your midi device of behringer and scope. Just use a tool to "bridge" them together in windows, so I get your scope controlled by the wing.
( I use MidiOx for brindging, but there might be much more. Maybe even Cubase 11 could be used to use the wing for input and scope for output.)

How about that USB device by Faxi that allowed USB keyboard straight in to Scope. Can’t remember name off hand but might be worth a look

you can route midi through Cubase to Scope. the Wing has midi i/o as well.

You could send the output of Scope synths via Asio channels, but Cubase doesn‘t allow 2 Asio drivers at the same time.
If you connect the Wing via WDM, then Cubase can use the Scope Asio for synths - but this is probably not what you want, as latency will increase significantly with WDM.
You might try Asio4All, which is similiar to Apple‘s „Aggregated Device“ strategy, but don‘t expect too much.
It sometimes works, but mostly fails... and latency will increase, too.

That‘s why Gary suggested to send Scope synths via hardware in/out to the Wing. It‘s reliable and low latency.

And better than ASIO in terms of latency
