Hi all,
Before getting a Luna card (of which I'll also eventually buy a Luna 2496 i/o box), I need to know how long the Z-Link cable can be run.
Any users experience with running long Z-link cables appreciated.

afaik. Z-link is based on Firewire technology so finding out the max. length for firewire cables could help?

The maximum cable length
for connecting device to device is 4.5-meters (14.85ft).

Has anyone tried a hub or repeater to increase the length?

I've tried it with a MOTU 828 on a Mac, and had no probs using a hub.
