Microtonal synth?

I'd like to make a Modular synth that lets me try out some microtonal scales.

So basically I want to be able to trigger sine waves from MIDI inputs but each note will have a different +- cent applied to the pitch.

I've put together the below but am wondering if there's a more elegant way to do it that only uses one envelope, only one oscillator, because this seems pretty wasteful.

I don't need polyphony.

Any ideas?

Scale Tuning is a microtonal pitch processor that can alter the pitch of individual notes to create custom tunings. This makes it ideal for creating various exotic scales, symmetric scales, pentatonic scales, Arabic maqamat, Indian ragas and so on. It is equipped with dozens of scale presets to act as starting points for your microtonal explorations." (Flexor Manual) Poly 16
