I'd stay away from recap, but just replace the fallen off capacitor at the blue mark. ;)

My cards works fine, but i want to use them many more years ;)
Capasitators on this boards are very old, and sooner or later they will starting to fail.

Just to report. The card has been repaired. First, all the capacitors were changed, but that did not solve the problem. Now I finally changed the stabilizer and the Pulsar is now like new.

It‘s a voltage regulator with 1.5A capability. The AS2830 is a 3A version, might be more heat resistant.
(the part is only cooled by the solder pad around it... and Croatia gets pretty warm in summer)
