Scopesync anomoly with Studio One

Hi there,
Can someone confirm for me a slight anomaly I see using Scopesync with Presonus Studio 0ne?
I load the standard Template 16 in both Scope and S1.
Setup as per the Tuts.
I note that tweaking a knob (Say A2) in S1, the A1 knob in the SCOPE template 16 responds (not A1 as I expected)
Each knob seems to be offset by 1 or more as you go across the panel :o

All works as expected when I do the same test in Samplitude Pro x.

I am running Win 7 Pro 64bit, XITE-1 and Scope 5.1.2709, with ASIO2-flt Source 64.
Thanks
maus

Hi mausmuso,

Thanks for trying out ScopeSync! sunmachine has done some Studio One testing with ScopeSync, so he might be able to help with specifics, but if you're seeing symptoms like that, it means something must be affecting the signal's gain along the way.

I had a problem ages ago with Ableton, when I had a channel in Post Fader mode, as it was applying a small gain change, affecting the ScopeSync signal.

I have a copy of Studio One for development testing, so if you struggle to work it out yourself, just send me a copy of your project and I'll do my best to work it out.

Cheers,
Will

Thanks Will,
I did not play with gains at all, but when I get back in the studio, I will experiment a bit and see if I can uncover the root cause.
Thanks for prompt reply

Update:
I have found that if the S1 output is set at 0 DB (Default) there is an offset in the Scope tracking (i.e. DAW A2 moves Scope A1).
If you raise the gain of the output channel (I am using O/Ps to Scope ASIO2 25, 26) to + 0.6 DB the tracking is correct.
+0.5 DB or below leads to an offset in tracking.
Thanks Will for the hint about the gains.
No show stopper here!
