I wanted to change Peter's red eq preset via program change but it doesn't want..

Is it possible (I'm asking to SDK users) that a device doesn't care for midi prog change ? Does the developer need to program it in his device ? I don't know why, I thought it was an automatic feature...

he should have connected the midi signal to the preset list. (i don't really remember). Have you done everything else right?

Yes, I'm sure : i tried with an other device in same conditions (bank number, prog ... etc) and it worked.

As i can remember if you recreate the preset list (the developer) you have to reconnect the midi signal to the preset list.
Perhaps that is.
