LunaII Glitches & pci capaciy reached

Hi!
I've been lurking around for a few weeks, trying to solve the problems with getting my LunaII card working as it should. I'm out of options, so time to put my question up.
I'm on the following system, running W7 32 bit:
ASUS P5VD2-VM
Intel Core 2 Duo E4300
Gforce8500GT
4 gig mem
Nothing installed but the Luna and the gfx card on a clean Win7.
The problems I get are glitches in Winamp, Spotify, WMP, etc (strangely enough not on the Soundcloud webpage in IE). Also I get PCI Capacity reached errors, most of the time on the aforementioned Soundcloud page.
I run a completely empty Scope Desktop for problem-solving sake, but Luna is acting perfectly fine otherwise, so no other errors there.
I read all the forum topics on the BIOS and Win7 settings. I triple checked and all settings are fine. I installed a latency testing program (I saw screendumps coming by on this forum, can't remember the name) and it showed more than healthy figures.
I tried swapping PCI ports, reinstalling drivers, everything else, but to no succes...
Should I go and buy a new MB?
Thanks a million on forehand for any help!
