Always unblock downloaded files before installing devices

When you install Scope devices always press this button (right click on file -> properties) after you have downloaded it from the internet (Sonic Core FTP). This solved at least one problem for me when installing devices (Wolf MIDI toolbox).

I need to try that right now as I am getting the errors asking for missing dps. files I know for a fact are placed properly.

I lost my little bin thingys and went to the site to download and the site is no longer working, neither is his former email address.
I am vexed.
