curious what is alternative gear which you have judged more suited to your needs, and why?

heading mainly for a fat modern computer. i´ll switch completely to native processing, because it´s not that limited, and there are far more and better algorithms.
therefore i´ll try to sell my pulsar2 in order to get a hammerfall DSP multiface instead. it has a dsp for latency-free routing and eight high-quality a/d-d/a converters.

however, i´m not really departing... i hope john won´t kill my access here, even when i´m no creamware customer anymore
