Hello , I can't believe the amount of trouble I'm having getting Protools v10.3.7 to even load on my system
Win7 64bit / S-C 5.1
When I try and load Protools I'm getting "Protools could not initialise the current playback device"
Any clues as to get around this ?
Other installed Prgms such as Cubase and Presonus Studio One2 are running fine .

Sounds like the Scope ASIO driver is not initializing properly by Protools.
Same issue with the new Bitwig studio 1.0 (0..8 )
Indeed Cubase and Presonus Studio One do initialize the Scope Driver like it should.
Few weeks ago Gary pointed me on changes that have been made in the past to Steinberg's ASIO structure so possibly this Protools issue has to do with it.
