i've experienced it in xp sp2 and sp3 with fresh installation

let's take a simple example:
load modular 3 and take let's say first preset - 808 groover
hit PLAY at pattern seq and it runs like mad - not steps in a row, but patterns in a row!
i mean first beat of every pattern, not steps 1-16 of selected pattern.
what you get in particularly this preset is bassdrum on every tick - d-d-d-d and that's it

anyone else experienced that?

strangely, modular 2 "analog drum machine" runs fine.

also, if you open empty modular 2 or 3, you can't add any modules - let's say drum -> dvc - click on it - nothing...

you need to drag them to the panel

clicking on them does nothing click drag and drop

there is a known sequencer bug in modIII

fra77x made a modII shell that addressed this its in the list

I can't find the mod2 shell you talk of.
Please, can someone upload it again?

If someone posts it again, then it would be here. But Fra77x pulls down his devices that he puts up here after a short while. So you won't find it in this website.
