Does anyone have this for sale? I don't need the other synths in the Scope offers on now.
How do the key transfers work these days?
Thanks

SC doesnt want you to share your bundel unfotainly :o

You can always buy the plugin you'd like. If you get a bundle, it might come with something extra...but at $99, you're not only saving on the cost of the original plugin you wanted, you might get a few other things that will probably blow your mind.

I've had some very good success with the bundles lately, that have given me tools that I wouldn't have picked up before, but now find very, very useful.

i don't understand this. the way keys work which goes back some 18 years, long befoire S|C, is that they are tied to a single card's serial number. they can't be shared because that's just not how it works, period.

if you mean that you can't make any bundle that you want, then yes, that's true. the sale is the sale. anything else is mayhem. it took me 5 hours to catch up to what happened while i slept. i'm sorry that i can't give my whole life to your happiness.

if you mean that one person can't buy a bundle and then have one or more of the keys go to someone else's card other than yours, that is incorrect. keys can be split between cards(and/or XITEs), no problem.

at 99 euro, almost every individual plugin is already sgnificantly price-reduced. if it's already cheaper than the regular price for a single item, what's the problem with getting the other keys for free, even if they're not used? for example, the first bundle at 99 euros is v5.1 AND mod4. 99 euros is a great sale price for either of those items alone. even if you already had v5.1, if you wanted mod4, this price is as cheap as it will get. mod4 is worth 99 euro. if you wanted to have the v5.1 key go to a friend, that would be no problem, you just need to have the friend's serial number.

some aren't buying? yes, that's true, but some think everything that they want should be free, too.

The whole idea of a bundle is everyone gets something. User gets cheap plugs, vendor (S|C) has the convenience of moving plugs without it becoming a labor intensive nightmare.

Its quite possible GaryB would get paid more per hour by his gigs than making keys, let alone coping with the accounting nightmare of selling part bundles using so much time he wont have time for a band.

Hi all
didn't realise a query about RD Drum would stir up this amount of discussion. The bundles are not my concern as I have a lot of the plugins.
I have spend loads on full price plugins. No need for jibes about meanies 'wanting free' on the Scope forum - it is for people with deep pockets (I started in the 90s). The debate about free in this context is to do with keeping our value (ie what we have spent) against the hordes of app-using 'amateurs'.

Geoff, those responses were to anabella who seems to be taking every opportunity to whinge about the sale not fitting his/her needs.

As to your request, don't forget that even if someone sold you RD Drum at less than half price, there would still be a key processing fee (used to be €50, might be higher now), so the total would probably be no cheaper than the current deal.

Yes the fee used to be OK for single plugins in the Days of Ralph :D .

Hooray, Garyb, thanks for posting this, now I'm finally getting my 5.1 upgrade and I would never have found the bundle offers if it wasn't for this thread :P

...inserts ready to integrate in modular (zarg/spaceF osc satellite)
