hello

when I load my custom preset file in the profit5 or pro wave. it does not load.

my version scope 5
I uninstall and reinstall but no work.
before it functioned very well.

the file has the extension '.pre'?
sometimes I end up with a project file without the .pro part.
Won't load, but adding 'pro' is all I have to do.
The file is there, in the right preset folder?

i loaded your preset files for the profit5 and it contains the default banks(factory, jesse, marco paris, midi controller), so it loads without problems here.

I have added another test bank called micron, so if you wanna try it, it should load the default banks and an additional micron bank.

Also tried the prowave and it is ok too.

but with the preset , It is necessary to make that : bank - create /preset - Store / file - save as .

Preset handling on Scope is clumsy (as with file management), so don't blame yourself too much
