DSP Timeout error

Hello everyone,
I have a Power Pulsar that fails. I am trying to install it on a windows xp machine with scope 3.1c.
The driver gets installed but after the reboot I get the following error: Hardware cannot be setup properly. System error: timeout waiting for acknowledge from dsp 0.
After this error setup stops. I tried to use another PCI slot but I get the same error.
I have already searched the forum for answers and it seems that the only option would be to send it to Sonic|Core for repairs, but since Creamware is no more that could be quite a problem.
Are there any other options you guys know of to bypass this problem. Is it perhaps possible to use the card as a second card or will it just give the same error?
