DSPModuleList

Next newbie question regarding SDK5.1:
I'm trying to load atoms into the project. It's my understanding that this is possible from a document found somewhere around here called "First_time_use". At a point it refers to "DSPModuleList" in the "Window" menu. However I don't have this in the "window" menu, and though atoms is mentioned in the (sparse) manual I downloaded from the same place as the SDK, it doesnt show that part of the "Windows" menu.
(hmmm, that came out a bit messy didn't it)
Should "DSPModuleList" be a part of the "Window" menu or not, and how do I load atoms?
